ENTRY NUMBER CHANGES:

Please verify entry numbers & descriptions.

Several changes and additions have been made in Sewing and Adult Art.

Check the Premium Book to find the correct number for your entry.

DO NOT use numbering from prior years.

ENTRIES:

All exhibits must be pre-registered by the deadline - NO EXCEPTIONS.

By mail or online - August 21 or at the Fairgrounds Aug 21 or 22 - Noon-5 PM

Exhibitors are responsible for correctly identifying item or breed entered.

Only one entry per class - except livestock.

Livestock fee: Rabbits/Cavies - $1 All others - $2

 

EXHIBITS ACCEPTED Sunday, September 6 from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Pick up entry tags in Home Show 2 (Table near the Office).

All animals MUST be examined by fair officials prior to entering barns

and receiving stall/pen assignments

 

All required paperwork for livestock MUST be presented at check-in.

Check the UPDATED Animal Health Regulations.

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS ON SATURDAY:

Home Show 1 will close at 7:30 PM and re-open at 8 PM for returns.

Exhibits may be removed from the Home Show 1 between 8 PM & 10 PM.

No early removal. Leftover items may be picked up Sunday 10 AM-2 PM.

 

NOTE: Exhibitors removing items early without prior permission

will forfeit premiums earned, with other possible consequences.

 

Commercial Exhibits in Home Show 2 may be removed after 8 PM.

 

Removal of livestock:

8 PM - Riding Horses & Ponies, Draft Horses & Rabbits are excused.

9 PM - Sheep, Goats & Cattle are excused.

GATE ENTRY FEES:

Weekly Gate Tickets: $15 Daily Gate Tickets: $5

Age 10 & under FREE

 

Paid events at the Pulling Track and Demo Derby area:

Fees are noted with the event in the Fair Book.

Age 5 and under are free at all track events.

 

EXHIBITOR TICKETS:

Exhibitors ONLY may purchase weekly tickets for $10.

RIDES & CARNIVAL

RIDES WILL BE AVAILABLE Monday-Saturday.

Monday & Saturday will feature “all day” sessions.

Tuesday-Friday Ride-A-Rama bracelet: 6 PM-9:30 PM- $25

Monday & Saturday Ride-A-Rama bracelet:

Session 1: Full day: 1 PM - 10 PM $30

(safety break from 5 PM - 6 PM)

Session 2: 6 PM - 10 PM $25
